Today we are taking ice, heating it up to melting, then continuing until water is boiling.  We will be measuring tempurature every min. and seeing how the changing of states from solid, to liquid, to steam affects the temperature.  Tomorrow we will review it all and explain the concept once again.  Mr. Ewert will record a video of that to post for those that need.  The formal lab will be due on the day after (Friday).
